Child Care Director for School Age Programming
YMCA of Collier County is hiring Program Site Directors for our School Age Programs. Multiple locations to choose from. Hours can be part time or full time for the right candidate.
Schedule is Monday-Friday with select main holidays off. Program Director primarily oversees day to day operations of assigned program. Responsibilities include:
- Managing, guiding, and motivating a team of staff.
- Scheduling of employees and program.
- Building and fostering positive relationships with children in the program, families, and school faculty staff.
- Managing program supplies, inventory, and overall organization.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate attendance and billing records in accordance with YMCA policies.
- Must be proficient with computer programs and technology.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Must be flexible, determined, enthusiastic, and a great communicator.
- Must be at least 21 years or older with your own reliable transportation
- Must have the state mandated DCF training, CDA and Director's Credential preferred (or must be willing to obtain within the first year of hire).
