• Starting Wage: $19.47/hour
• Status: Full-time
• Requirements: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a cooperative and respectful environment, ensuring the smooth operation of the Child Care Center.
• Assist with general center operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning, exploration, and self-esteem.
• Supervise and guide children during daily routines such as meals, naps, and playtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by sanitizing toys, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children, providing assistance with dressing and diaper changes as needed.
• Escort and supervise children during inter-generational activities and room transitions.
• Complete necessary documentation regarding attendance, behavior, and developmental progress.
• Step in to support other child care roles as needed to meet immediate staffing needs.
