About the Opportunity

Our firm is partnering with a large network of Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) in the NYC area to identify an accomplished Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This executive will oversee marketing operations across 10 facilities, driving census growth, enhancing referral relationships, and ensuring a strong community presence. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing executive with deep experience in the SNF and long-term care space who is ready to lead on a multi-site level.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and implement marketing strategies for 10 facilities across the NYC metro area.
• Oversee and mentor facility-based marketing teams, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Build and strengthen referral networks with hospitals, physicians, managed care providers, and community organizations.
• Track, analyze, and report on census development and marketing ROI.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and company standards.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive marketing leadership experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (7–10+ years required).
• Proven ability to grow census and stabilize occupancy across multiple sites.
• Strong team management and mentorship background.
• Existing NYC healthcare network relationships strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or Business preferred.
