Job Responsibilities:
As a Independent Living Chaplain, you will
🙏 Provide Spiritual
Presence – Build relationships and offer spiritual care to residents in
independent living.
🤝 Collaborate – Work within a chaplain team and provide cross-campus support as
needed.
🧘♀️ Support Holistically – Offer spiritual
guidance to both residents and staff, honoring all cultural and religious
backgrounds.
Qualifications:
✔ Master’s in Divinity (or
equivalent).
✔ Minimum 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE); may be completed within
2 years of hire.
✔ 2 years of recent spiritual care experience.
✔ Board Certification (e.g., APC, AAPC, NACC, NAJC, NAVAC) or eligible within 2
years.
✔ Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and willingness to travel between
campuses.
