Certified Personal Trainer - Flexible Hours

Introduction:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, Certified Personal Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team and provide life-changing fitness gains for our members and guests. With new club and fitness management, Franco's is searching for highly motivated health and wellness enthusiasts to add to a growing, fun, and innovative fitness team.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for collaborating with our membership and other Franco's Athletic Club departments to perform baseline assessments, offer and sell the appropriate personal training packages to fit the client's needs, and create, execute and maintain training for those clients. 

Franco's Athletic Club trainers are expected to lead and model customer service, help and engage with members throughout the club, and promote a culture of fitness.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients to determine their personal training needs and develop training plans

• Implement training programs to improve clients' cardiovascular, strength, and functional movement

• Collaborate with other departments at Franco's to coordinate fitness programming and ensure continuity of customer service for members and guests

• Participate in special programming to advance member fitness

• Support the fitness department in maintaining a clean, safe workout floor

• Maintain accurate records of client progress and support Franco's marketing efforts to promote fitness success stories

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

• Attend and participate in staff meetings

Qualifications:

• Personal Training Certification from a Franco's approved and nationally recognized certification organization

  • Note: A trainer-in-progress could be considered at a lower compensation level,.

• Excellent communication and team-oriented attitude

• Background in sales and customer service
