AMG Specialty Hospital- Northwest Indiana is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA). The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant is responsible for assisting the Occupational Therapist in developing individual treatment programs and administering the occupational therapy treatment program as directed by the Occupational Therapist and as ordered by a Physician.

Job Requirements
- Maintains a current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant License in state of Indiana
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Additional
languages desirable.
