A Day in the Life of a CNA

• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily care routines

• Help with meals and serving

• Support new residents during admission and adjustment

• Provide hands-on care with compassion and respect

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Missouri CNA certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Integrity, reliability, and teamwork

• Flexibility with changing priorities

• Professional demeanor

• Preferred: 1+ year of long-term care experience
