Shift: Full-Time | Morning (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Richmond Health Care Center is currently seeking 2 compassionate and dedicated CNAs to join our morning shift team. As a valued member of our care staff, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and professional environment.

• Provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests with professionalism and compassion

• Accurately document care provided and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

• Uphold all safety, infection control, and privacy standards in accordance with facility policies

• Current CNA certification in the state of Texas

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a heart for caring for others

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with residents and staff
