West Janisch Health Care Center, a 5-Star rated skilled nursing facility, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. Our CNAs are the heart of our community, providing hands-on support and making a lasting impact on the lives of our residents.

• Provide daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance.

• Take vital signs and observe/report changes in resident condition.

• Support residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.

• Assist nurses and interdisciplinary team members with care plans.

• Maintain accurate records and follow infection control protocols.

• Create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for residents and families.

• Current CNA certification in Texas (required).

• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to resident-centered care.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift.

• Flexibility to work either 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am shifts.
