As a CNA at Ayers, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care that supports dignity, comfort, and safety for our residents. You’ll partner closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent daily care and a great resident experience.

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Full-Time

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Full-Time/Part-Time)

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Full-Time/Part-Time)

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding) and safe transfers/ambulation

• Take and record vital signs, intake/output; promptly report changes in condition

• Maintain accurate EMR/charting and follow individualized care plans

• Keep rooms and common areas neat; practice infection control and universal precautions

• Respond quickly to call lights; communicate kindly with residents and families

• Support a positive, team-first culture and resident-centered care

• Active CNA certification in good standing

• Reliable follow-through; strong organization and attention to detail

• Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift 60–70 lbs as needed

• Comfortable with basic computer/EMR use

• Clear, professional communication; respectful teamwork with residents, families, and staff

• Meets all local health requirements (may include physical, drug screen, background and references)

• Maintains confidentiality/HIPAA and attends required in-service education

Wage scale determined by years of experience. Benefits & bonuses available for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week.
