Bonus Program:
Competitive base pay and shift differentials
- Evening shift differential 3 pm-7 am is $2.50
- The weekend shift differential is $3.50

Hours/Shifts:
- Our openings include full-time, part-time, PRN for all shifts
- Work 12-hour shifts (7am -7:30 pm or 7:30p-7 am) with the flexibility to work every other weekend, and some holidays.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Answer call lights and respond to residents' needs in a timely manner
- Attend to patients' personal hygiene needs with sensitivity and respect
- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Admit residents and facilitate the adjustment of new residents to the facility
- Respond to patient needs as they arise
- Foster a positive team environment
Requirements:
Valid state license(s)
Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
High integrity and well-grounded work ethic
Agility and flexibility with changing priorities
Team-oriented and a practical team-player
Professional demeanor
At least one year of experience providing care and services in long-term care (preferred)
