Certified Nursing Assistant CNA in Training
Please Note: We are offering to sponsor 5 candidates for their schooling and CNA training in exchange for a year-long commitment to work with us after graduating the program.

Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm / 2:15pm-10:45pm
Days: Rotating Schedule
Weekends: Every Other
Location: 1218 State Street, Black Earth, WI 53515
Compensation: $15.00 per hour starting, $20.00 per hour after completing program
Requirements:
- Commitment to a full-time position
- Sign a one-year commitment to the role
- Successfully complete the CNA training program
- Maintain satisfactory job performance throughout the training period
Job Description: As a CNA in Training, your responsibilities may include providing assistance with daily living activities, monitoring residents' well-being, shadowing experienced CNAs and learning from them, and offering compassionate care under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals.
Compensation:
- $15 per hour during the training period
- Upon successful completion of the certification, the salary may be adjusted according to the standard CNA pay scale. (Currently $20 an hour for new CNAs)
