Job Description: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our team, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to our residents. We are seeking skilled and dependable individuals with a proven track record of longevity in their roles, displaying a strong commitment to patient well-being and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:
- Answer call lights and respond to resident needs promptly and efficiently.
- Tend to patients' personal hygiene needs with dignity and compassion.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are respected.
- Admit residents and provide support in the adjustment of new residents to the facility.
- Address patient needs as they arise, working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Valid state CNA license(s).
- Proven longevity in previous roles.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating self-initiative.
- Reliable transportation to and from Atrium Health & Rehabilitation.
