• Base rate - $ 18.52- $ 20.71  per hour based on experience and license  date
• Additional $ 1.00 per hour for shift and weekend differentials
• Additional $ 3.20 per hour for Direct Care Worker Wage

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Michigan or have you completed a CNA class in the last 2 years
  
• Ability to build rapport with residents
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADL's, turning, lifting, positioning and transporting residents
• Provide companionship and basic care to residents under the direction of nursing staff
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition 
  
• Maintain a clean, healthy and positive environment

• FT and PT on all 3 shifts.
