Certified Medication Technician (CMT)

We are looking for a Certified Medication Aide to join our daytime staff (7am-7pm).

Bonus Program:
- SOB ($2500)
- $500 Referral
- The weekend shift differential is $3.50 starting shift on Friday (night) until the end of the shift Sunday (night).
Day in the Life of a Certified Medication Aide (CMT):
- Deliver routine daily oral, inhalation, and topical medications to residents under direct supervision of a licensed nurse unless otherwise allowed by state law.
- Observes for any adverse drug reactions and reports any problems to the nurse.
- Records medication administration according to company policies and procedures.
- Follows written or verbal instructions on how to manage medications.
- Observes residents for changes and documents changes in their condition accordingly.
- Practices safe handling and storage of medications.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Must have a medication aide certification.
- Good understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.
- Current CPR certification.
