Huntsville Health Care Center is seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team full-time on the day shift (6a–6p). As a CMA, you play a vital role in supporting our residents’ health and well-being by safely administering medications, assisting with daily care needs, and helping create a positive, comfortable environment for those we serve.

Your Responsibilities-
Accurately administer prescribed medications and treatments under nurse supervision.

Document all medication administration and resident observations per policy and state regulations.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, and hygiene.

Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nurse.

Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Provide warm, compassionate care while promoting resident independence and dignity.

Current Texas CMA certification (required).

Active listing on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.

Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

Dependable, professional, and committed to quality resident care.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to lift/move residents safely and assist with daily care routines.
