Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

Prairie Homestead Senior Living is growing and we’re looking for dedicated, compassionate Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join our Assisted Living team in a long-term position.

• Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders and facility policy

• Monitor and document residents’ health status and report changes to nursing staff

• Assist residents with daily living activities and promote independence

• Provide compassionate support and build meaningful relationships with residents

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment

• Must be a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in good standing with the State of Kansas

• Previous experience in senior living or healthcare preferred but not required

• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
