We’re currently seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support our Pittsburgh office with a blend of administrative and clinical tasks that make a real impact.

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across Patient Care Coordination and Human Resources. You will assist in staffing for home care services, handle administrative responsibilities, and perform basic clinical duties such as PPD placement.

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Required

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred

• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English – Required

• 2+ years experience in a Medical Assistant or administrative support role (HR experience preferred)

• Knowledge of office management principles and Microsoft Office tools

• Experience in a home care setting – Preferred

• PPD Placement experience – Required

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality

• Answering phones and directing calls professionally

• Supporting HR and Patient Care Coordination with administrative tasks

• Managing timesheets, scanning and uploading documentation

• Handling mailings and faxes

• Administering TB skin tests and maintaining accurate records

• Assisting with follow-up on positive PPD results

• Performing general clerical support as needed

• Office-based, primarily desk work

• Full-time schedule with defined hours
