Avalon View is seeking dedicated LPN's for key full and part-time positions. Bring a Clinical friend and receive a referral Bonus of 500.00! We are also offering Shift Differentials Evenings and Nights. Weekends 3.50 for every shift. Hours:
- 12 hour shifts - 7a-7p OR 7p-7a
Day in the Life / Expectations
- Providing patient care to residents
- Complies with state and Federal Regulations.
- Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Assesses and coordinates patients' discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Valid state license(s)
- Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation
