Certified Med Tech (CMT)

Avalon is seeking dedicated CMT for key full and part-time positions. Bring a Clinical friend and receive a referral Bonus of 500.00! We are also offering Shift Differentials Evenings and Nights. Day in the Life of a Med Tech:
- Administers prescribed medications to residents and maintains related medical records
- Takes vital signs or observes residents to detect responses to specified types of medications
- May record and restock medications and medical supply inventories in the nursing care units
- Maintain current knowledge of and adherence to all applicable policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors and management

- Competitive Base Pay - starting at $17.00 an hour and goes up to $19.00 an hour based on experience

Requirements:
- Valid and active CMT license(s)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- At least one year of experience providing care and services in long-term care preferred
