Certified Dietary Manager

We are seeking an experienced and certified Dietary Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The successful candidate will ideally have recent skilled nursing management experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager certification preferred
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred

• Food ordering, storage and preparation. 
• Highly organized and responsible.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Willing to take CDM Course if not Certified
• Oversee and manage dietary staff
