We are seeking an experienced and Certified Activity Director to lead and enhance the activities program at our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Hours: Monday- Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm (SOME WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS REQUIRED DEPENDING ON ACTIVITY)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with staff to design and implement a dynamic activities program tailored to residents’ needs and interests.
• Purchase or lease supplies for activities, ensuring budget compliance.
• Train, supervise, and monitor the performance of Activities Assistants.
• Actively participate in activities to foster engagement and connection.

Requirements:

• Certified Activity Director (This is a must to apply.)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
