Central Sterile Technician - Full time

We are currently seeking a full-time Central Sterile Technician to join our busy and specialized outpatient ambulatory surgical center.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage the complete sterilization cycle, including decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment

·         Ensure all surgical trays and instruments are accurately prepared and ready for scheduled procedures

·         Work closely with operating room staff to anticipate and meet surgical case needs

·         Maintain compliance with strict infection control standards and safety protocols at all times

·         Perform quality assurance checks to ensure functionality and cleanliness of all instruments

Qualifications:

·         Prior experience in sterile processing or operating room instrument handling is required

·         Knowledge of sterilization techniques and familiarity with autoclaves and related equipment

·         Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

·         Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

·         Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Schedule:

·        Monday - Friday: 10-hour shifts, One day off Monday - Friday

·        No weekends, evenings, holidays, or on-call requirements
