Carroll Water is a growing, locally owned company seeking a reliable CDL Driver / Laborer to join our team. This role combines commercial driving responsibilities with hands-on labor, supporting our water treatment and well drilling operations.

• Operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations
• Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Support field crews with installation, setup, and general labor tasks
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

• Full-time position
• Typical hours: Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
• Home daily (no overnight travel required)

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record

Preferred (not required):

• Experience in construction, utility, or similar field work
