Brown Carbonic Sales is your locally owned business known for delivering the best in locally made beverages, and known for their customer service, quality product and 24/7 delivery. Due to recent, as well as projected growth, we are currently seeking experienced, customer oriented CDL-B Delivery Route Drivers to join our Syracuse, NY based team. Our drivers deliver within a 100 mile radius of the Syracuse area and are home each night.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer service and servicing accounts.

• Load and unload trucks.

• Keep truck clean and organized.

• Fill out all related paperwork pertaining to Department of Transportation, Hazmat, and vehicle safety.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspection and related procedures.

• Load the truck with products needed for daily route.

• Pull load per the route sheets as needed.

• Responsible for safely transporting company products to and from customers place of business and warehouse.

• Check invoices for accuracy and has customer sign.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Valid CDL Class B License Required.

• Minimum of one year CDL driving required.

• Hazmat and tank preferred(Required to have ability to obtain)

• Ability to effectively prepare routine reports and correspondence.

• Ability to safely and efficiently operate a truck in accordance with DOT regulations.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

• Ability to lift and load products for shipping/delivery.

• Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
