What You'll Do:- Monitor and Assess Patients: Continuously observe and evaluate patients' conditions, recording vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories to ensure the best possible care.
- Administer Vital Medications: Deliver prescribed medications and treatments with precision, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Insert IVs and Infuse Fluids: Skillfully insert intravenous lines and administer infusions to keep patients stable.
- Manage Life-Saving Equipment: Operate ventilators and other specialized medical equipment to support patients' breathing and overall health.
- Create Personalized Care Plans: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Keep Accurate Records: Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment.
- Critical Thinking: You thrive on analyzing complex information and making quick, effective decisions.

- A Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of a two-year nursing degree.
- Extensive experience or specialized training in critical care, particularly in operating ventilators and ICU-specific equipment.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and other ICU technologies to enhance patient care.
