CATERING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Summary:
Paco’s Taquerias is seeking a motivated and goal-driven Catering Sales Representative to increase catering revenue and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be proactive in generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from order to delivery.
Position Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new catering business through outbound sales efforts, networking, and marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, community organizations, and event coordinators.

Prepare customized proposals and pricing to meet client needs and budgets.

Coordinate with operations and kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order execution.

Represent Paco’s Taquerias at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.

Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and drive repeat business.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM or internal systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Monthly Catering Sales Quota: Achieve or exceed a monthly catering sales target (e.g., $20,000/month).

Lead Conversion Rate: Maintain a conversion rate of at least 25% from inquiry to closed order.

New Accounts: Secure a minimum of 5 new recurring catering clients per month.

Client Retention Rate: Maintain 85%+ repeat business from existing clients.

Response Time: Respond to all catering inquiries within 24 hours.

Event Execution Accuracy: Maintain a 98% on-time and accurate order fulfillment rate.

Client Satisfaction: Achieve a 90%+ satisfaction rating based on client feedback or post-event surveys.
Skills and Qualifications:

1–3 years of catering, sales, or foodservice industry experience required.

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for off-site meetings and events.
