Catering Chef

• As the Catering Chef, you are responsible for all catering orders on and off site.
• Your responsibilities include:
• Keeping track of all catering supply inventory
• Working with the Chef on products needed to be ordered for catering
• Delivery of catering order which could include setup or full service
• Production of catering food
• Communications with catering client

Qualities needed for this position:

• Works quickly and efficiently to produce catering orders in a timely manner
• Can read and follow recipes
• Communicates well with coworkers, management, and guests
• Keeps a clean work area and follows all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Holds a valid drivers license.
