Troni Brothers Bella Bistro is a locally loved Italian restaurant focused on creating a warm, family-style dining experience. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. We’re currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Host/Hostess to join our team.

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome from the moment they enter

• Manage the waitlist and seating chart using a professional and efficient system

• Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow

• Answer phones and assist with basic inquiries or takeout orders

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and front entrance

• Provide excellent customer service while helping create a memorable experience for each guest

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required

• Strong communication and people skills

• Must be punctual, dependable, and presentable

• Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy dinner hours

• Must be available Wednesday through Sunday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
