Wait Staff
Introduction:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Wait Staff to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. The Wait Staff primary act as a point of contact for customers handling tasks like greeting. the customer, taking orders, serving food and drink, checks on customers, delivering bills and handling payments, and provide a high level of customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Process transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments accurately

Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and assisting customers with their purchases

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cashier or in a customer service role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
