Shift:  Monday-Friday 9am-5pm  (one late night per week - typically a 11a-7p or 12-8p shift)

Join our team as a Full-Time Case Manager and make a real difference in the lives of veterans. You’ll guide and support veterans in our Service Intensive Transitional Housing program as they work toward permanent, stable housing. In this role, you’ll help veterans build financial independence, develop positive coping skills, gain confidence, and achieve lasting stability in their communities—all while being part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Responsibilities:

·         Provide personalized, non-clinical support to veterans, including intake, assessments, housing stabilization, budgeting guidance, and connecting them with benefits.

·         Partner with veterans to create Individual Recovery Plans (IRPs) that align with VA Grant & Per Diem guidelines and support their goals.

·         Offer supportive counseling and step in with care during times of crisis or emergencies.

·         Assist with routine drug and alcohol screenings to help maintain accountability and wellness.

·         Support veterans in their recovery journey by facilitating psychoeducation groups, helping with housing searches, and linking them to community resources.

·         Guide veterans preparing for discharge by coordinating housing, securing benefits and subsidies, advocating on their behalf, and helping them access essential household items.

·         Build strong partnerships with community providers and landlords who are dedicated to supporting veterans’ housing and stability.

·         Work collaboratively as part of a team, stepping in for colleagues and providing shift coverage when needed.

·         Transport veterans to appointments and services using agency vehicles, as required.

·         Keep thorough, accurate, and timely records to ensure quality service delivery.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline; OR two years of college plus two years of related work or life experience including experience as a veteran; OR a High School diploma and four years of related work or life experience including as a veteran, in homelessness, mental health or recovery services.
• 1-year of prior experience in housing services or working with veterans preferred. 
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, with a good driving record.
