Case Manager - Emergency Shelter RESET

Jonathan’s Place is accepting applications for a full-time RESET Emergency Shelter Case Manager, a residential program caring for female minor victims of sex trafficking. This position is responsible for coordination and implementation of comprehensive services for all clients.

Responsibilities Include:

·         Ensure residents needs are met by completing necessary referrals and required documentation

·         Foster professional relationships with professionals and parents by providing excellent customer service and responding to requests in a timely manner

·         Oversee the resident’s daily activities.

·         Provide crisis intervention as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

·         Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Human Services or related field.

·         Minimum of two years of experience working with children who have experienced trauma.

·         Prior experience working in residential setting is preferred.

·         Prior experience working with survivors of commercial sexual exploitation is preferred.
