Home Care Agency Director
Introduction:
Family Ties Home Care is looking for an experienced home care manager or director. This individual will assist with scheduling, new client on-boarding, employee management, and more.
Must have management experience, a Driver's license, and a Car.

Responsibilities:
- Update and manage a schedule.
- Review daily notes and follow-up with team and clients.
- Create client care-plans.
- Manage time sheets and invoicing.
- Communication with Family Ties HC management & family members/loved-ones regarding the client's daily status.
- Other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- Home Care Agency or similar experience 5+ years.
- College degree.
- Hard-working.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work the schedule as described.
