Home Care Agency Director

Introduction:

Family Ties Home Care is looking for an experienced home care manager or director.  This individual will assist with scheduling, new client on-boarding, employee management, and more. 

Must have management experience, a Driver's license, and a Car.

Responsibilities:

• Update and manage a schedule.
• Review daily notes and follow-up with team and clients.
• Create client care-plans. 
• Manage time sheets and invoicing. 
• Communication with Family Ties HC management & family members/loved-ones regarding the client's daily status.
• Other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications:

• Home Care Agency or similar experience 5+ years.
• College degree.
• Hard-working.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills. 
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work the schedule as described.
