• prepare meals and support with light housekeeping
  
  

• help with shopping, errands; potentially assist with non-medical transportation
  
  

• monitor and report changes in client condition
  
  

• use mobile apps to document care and track schedules
  
  

• prior experience as a caregiver, personal care aide, home health aide, or certified nursing assistant (preferred, not required)

• driver’s license (preferred but not required)

• a heart for in-home care and working with older adults

• dependability, reliability, empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills

• the ability to work independently and follow care plans

• comfort using basic caregiver scheduling apps and technology

• availability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends or evenings

• successfully complete all pre-screening hiring requirements
