Arcadia at Lookout Ridge is seeking a dependable and compassionate Night Shift Caregiver to join our team. This position works Friday through Monday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM and includes a night shift differential in addition to base pay.

No CNA or HCA certification? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate and support certification requirements in Washington State.

Night shift plays a critical role in maintaining a calm, safe, and supportive environment for our residents while the community rests.

• Provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans

• Assist with toileting, repositioning, and nighttime routines

• Perform scheduled safety checks

• Respond promptly to call lights

• Monitor for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately

• Complete required documentation

• Provide thorough handoff to day staff

• Compassionate and dependable

• Comfortable working independently overnight

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to lift and assist residents as needed

• Willingness to complete required state training (employer-supported)

Experience in assisted living, healthcare, or caregiving is preferred but not required.
