What Youβll Do

Process card orders, reissues, and account maintenance

Investigate and monitor card-related fraud claims

Support card portfolio tracking and reporting

Respond to internal and member card inquiries

Collaborate with branches, lending, accounting, and vendors

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
What Weβre Looking For

3β5 years of related banking, card services, fraud, or financial operations experience

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to balance member service with risk mitigation

Professional communication and conflict resolution skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial systems

High school diploma or GED required
