What You’ll Do

• Process card orders, reissues, and account maintenance

• Investigate and monitor card-related fraud claims

• Support card portfolio tracking and reporting

• Respond to internal and member card inquiries

• Collaborate with branches, lending, accounting, and vendors

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of related banking, card services, fraud, or financial operations experience

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to balance member service with risk mitigation

• Professional communication and conflict resolution skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial systems

• High school diploma or GED required
