**CNA (PRN) OPPORTUNITIES**

Looking for experienced CNAs - eager to work.

Pay Rate: $15 - $18 per hour, depending on location of facility and time of assigned shift.  

Location: Mandeville, LA

CNA Requirements:  

• Valid Driver’s License OR Identification Card
• One of the following:  *Social Security *Birth Certificate *Passport
• Active CNA certification with State of Louisiana Department of Health
• Active CPR or BLS Certification  
• Current TB Skin Test (dated within a year), or Quantiferon Results (dated within a year), or Chest X-Ray  (dated within 5 years) 
• Physical Statement
• At least 1 year experience within the last 2 years
• Must pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening test
