Call Center Representative
FLSA: Non-Exempt Status

SUMMARY
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting individuals who contact the Call Center. The representative will answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and support clients with various banking needs. Additionally, this position serves as a backup for Deposit Operations, ensuring seamless support when needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILIES AND DUTIES
Customer Support & Assistance:
Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and online inquiries.
Answer questions related to banking products, services, account inquiries, and transactions.
Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Account & Transaction Support:
Guide customers through online banking processes, password resets, and account access issues.
Assist with funds transfers, balance inquiries, and transaction disputes.
Educate customers on security measures and fraud prevention best practices.
Operational Support & Collaboration:
Serve as a backup to Deposit Operations, assisting with transaction processing and account maintenance as needed.
Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Compliance & Policy Adherence:
Follow company policies, banking regulations, and security procedures to protect customer information, including BSA/AML, OFAC and USA Patriot Act regulations.
Stay up to date on changes in banking policies, products, and services.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED
1 - 3 + years or relevant work experience in customer service or banking/financial services environment.
