Job Summary:

This position is with our client, SiriusXM. As a SiriusXM Representative, you get to be the Ambassador for the largest audio entertainment company in North America. We are searching for individuals with strong communication and leadership skills who want to grow with the company as we promote from within and are always looking for individuals who want to advance.

Location:

This is a fully remote position. We are hiring nationwide in qualifying states.

  • States NOT Eligible for position: Florida, Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Virginia, Minnesota, Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, New York, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC. Alaska, Hawaii, Vermont

 

Compensation:

Base pay of $11 per hour with uncapped earning potential. We offer commissions, bonuses, and other compensation packages allowing you to determine how much you make.

Technical Requirements:

Windows 10 minimum, High Speed Internet with 50mbps download and 10mbps upload (No WIFI allowed), minimum 8 GB of installed RAM, USB Headset, Webcam, minimum of 10GB of free space on your PC. NO CHROMEBOOKS OR MACBOOKS.

Responsibilities:

  • Making Outbound calls to customers with a previous or current SiriusXM subscription.
  • Upselling products and/or services to the customer
  • Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types
  • Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products, services, and promotions
  • Putting the customer first and always remaining polite and professional
  • Documenting all customer information, communications, and sales in a computer system

Job Requirements

  • Goal-oriented with a healthy, positive spirit
  • Working knowledge of Window's based software
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Proactive with a commitment to excellence in your work
  • Flexibility and openness as the role and responsibilities may change and or evolve as we grow!
