Calibration Technician

Join JM Test Systems as a Calibration Technician, where you'll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of test instruments across various industries.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect, clean, calibrate, and certify test instruments using industry-standard measurement procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve measurement discrepancies through corrective actions.
• Conduct dielectric testing and ensure electrical equipment meets safety and insulating integrity standards.
• Test, clean, and certify personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and calibration software to perform detailed equipment assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of calibrations, tests, and certifications.
• Work independently while ensuring exceptional service and compliance with industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Mechanical or technical background preferred, but no prior calibration experience required—training provided!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in reading technical procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
