We’re seeking dedicated C7 Blasters who take pride in their craft and thrive in a collaborative environment. Certified professionals (SSPC C-7) with a history of abrasive blasting on vessels or complex industrial structures are highly preferred. Bonus points if you bring OSHA-10 (Maritime) training/certification to the table!

What You’ll Do as Part of Our Team
You’ll be entrusted to:

• Connect all air and electrical systems for blast equipment with ease.
• Deliver polished results by producing SP-5, SP-6, SP-7, and SP-10 cleaned surfaces that meet established regulatory standards.
• Show off your skills working with abrasives like Black Beauty, Garnet, Aluminum Oxide, and steel grit.
• Blast steel substrates and operate centrifugal wheel blasters like a pro.
• Operate UHP water jetting equipment, including wands and robots, with confidence.
• Demonstrate knowledge of confined space entry requirements to ensure safety at every step.

Your Experience and Expertise
We’re looking for:

• 2+ years of abrasive blasting experience.
• Proficiency in setting up, operating, and maintaining blasting equipment while adhering to OSHA and shipyard safety practices.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to perform high-quality work independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
