Responsibilities

  • Clear tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to dishwasher 
  • Reset restaurant tables in a timely manner with special attention to order
  • Restock glassware, ice and beverage items in service and service bar area
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of restaurant area 
  • Perform opening/closing responsibilities
  • Practice safe handling and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Adhere to quality standards and restaurant rules and procedures
  • Actively participates in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Experience in Busser position or restaurant environment preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in ambient, cooler and freezer areas
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds at times
