Essential Functions:

1. Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
2. Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
3. Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
4. Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
5. Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
6. Busses dirty tables with bus tub in a timely manner and ensures all tabletop items are clean and filled.
7. Keeps all floor areas clean at all times.
8. Assists with dish machine operation and stocking of all items.

Working Conditions

1. This position will spend 100% of the time standing.
2. Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water.
3. The individual must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 25 pounds regularly.
4. This position requires constant moving, lifting, bending, and stooping.
