Part-Time Business Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Office and Business Assistant. This is a part-time role, requiring 3 days per week, with flexible hours based on your availability. The ideal candidate will have excellent multi-tasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day office tasks including filing, scheduling, and organizing documents
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and other administrative duties as needed
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with personal tasks as directed (errands, research, etc.)
  • Help organize and facilitate group events that pertain to staff, customers and vendors
  • Ensure smooth office operations and assist in ad-hoc projects
  • Prepare occasional random shipments to customers and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Must possess ability to lift, carry, and move 50 lbs,  Requires: valid driver license, ability to pass drug screening test, 75-80% of tasks are office related, but 20-25% involves moving, lifting, preparing, and  facilitating various small projects.
  • Previous office or administrative experience much preferred, but not required

Additional Information:

  • 3 days per week -Tuesday/Wednesday is mandatory, the 3rd day is flexible
