Position Overview

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven, detail-oriented professional with experience in healthcare marketing or business development. The priority focus of this position is Relationship Marketing — developing trust, consistency, and long-term partnerships with referral sources, hospital contacts, and community organizations. The Marketing Team Leader oversees outreach efforts, monitors marketing performance, supports staffing communications, and helps drive patient growth through meaningful engagement and coordinated business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development

  • Lead weekly marketing planning meetings and set outreach agendas for each assigned office.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources through consistent follow-up, professionalism, and responsiveness.
  • Implement Relationship Marketing strategies focused on building credibility, strengthening partnerships, and increasing referral loyalty.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics such as new patient referrals, evaluations, and conversion rates.
  • Supervise marketing representatives, ensuring weekly goals and schedules are met.
  • Review marketing supplies, print materials, and promotional items for timely distribution.
  • Support digital and social media outreach campaigns to enhance brand awareness and visibility.

Operations & Coordination

  • Monitor daily and weekly schedules across multiple offices to ensure consistent outreach coverage.
  • Oversee coverage rating performance, ensuring all assigned offices maintain a minimum 90% coverage score through proactive scheduling and communication.
  • Communicate regularly with field teams and front-desk staff to identify operational gaps and coverage issues.
  • Conduct periodic office visits to assess compliance, marketing presence, and staff engagement.
  • Assist with onboarding and coordination during new office start-ups or expansion projects.
  • Collaborate with administrators and clinical leaders to ensure alignment between marketing goals and patient-care operations.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management review.
  • Track referral patterns, booked vs. attended visits, and marketing ROI.
  • Audit referral and authorization follow-up processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
  • Evaluate coverage trends and relationship marketing outcomes to identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership

  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to marketing team members.
  • Conduct periodic in-services and policy updates with staff as needed.
  • Schedule regular “Work With” sessions with staff to assess knowledge, performance, and field effectiveness in real-time.
  • Promote accountability, professionalism, and strong internal communication across all teams.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or management.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between office locations.
