Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Twin Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing 3D structures and creating digital twins using Matterport, iGuide, or Docusketch. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency with 3D capture technology, and a passion for producing high-quality digital representations.
Responsibilities:
- Capture detailed 3D structures using Matterport, iGuide, and Docusketch technologies.
- Create accurate and immersive digital twins of various spaces, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
- Process and edit captured data to create polished, high-quality digital twins.
- Maintain and troubleshoot 3D capture equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in 3D capture technology and digital twin creation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with 3D structure capture technology, specifically Matterport, iGuide, and/or Docusketch.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with 3D modeling and editing software.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
