Building Consultant - (TX, LA, FL, MS, AL, GA, SC, NC, VA, DE, NJ,NY)

We are currently seeking Building Consultants with strong experience in the construction industry being able to review site inspections and provide expert opinions.  

Location :

• Gulf Coast States (Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama)
• East Coast States up to New York (Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York

Key Responsibilities:

·        Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments

·        Provide expert advice on damage repairs/replacement

·        Review engineer reports

·        Be familiar with local building codes and ICC compliance

·        Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients

·        Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly

Qualifications:

·        Proficiency in and have subscription to Xactimate

·        Proven experience in construction, adjuster/appraiser or building consultancy

·        Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
