Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Budtender. The Budtender will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide information on strains and consumption methods, and ensure a positive and informative shopping experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.

· Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.

· Educate customers on the various strains, products, consumption methods, and effects of cannabis.

· Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system and maintain proper cash handling procedures.

· Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and display cases.

· Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and company policies.

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and cannabis laws and regulations.

Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

· Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

· Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
