Position Overview

Join us in supporting the Naval Station Everett with your experience and expertise!

This role requires proactive and detail-oriented professionals to engage in Brush & Roll/Painter/Power Tool tasks, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the job.

 

Contract Duration: February 24th - goes 2 - 3 weeks. 

 

Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour with weekly pay. 

 

Key Requirements: 

Citizenship- U.S Citizen with proof (Original/ Certified Birth Certificate or U.S Passport). Must be able to obtain a "DBIDS" Badge.

Certifications- Maritime OSHA 10 certification.

Experience- Previous shipyard experience required

Working Hours- 40-70 hours per week 

 

Scheduling: 

Diverse shifts including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts.

Monday through Friday with overtime, and weekends as requested by client. 


**Job Description and Requirements:**

Venture Dynamics is seeking skilled Brush & Roll/Painter/Power Toolers to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will be Experienced in Brush & Roll, painting and operating power tools in a Marine environment
2 plus years of experience in painting preferred.
Experience with ships or working in a shipyard preferred.
Must have own transportation
Must be US Citizen
Must pass drug and background screening and be eligible to obtain a DBIDS Badge

The position is active and requires extensive standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crawling, climbing, and crouching. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Able to walk, stand, climb stairs, and ladders, sit reach, bend, kneel, and lift 50 pounds. Able to enter confined/enclosed or tight spaces. Capable of working in extreme temperatures both hot and cold. Work in noisy areas where the noise levels may exceed 110 db. Able to wear personal protective clothing to include hard hat and safety shoes.

Must be able to secure security access and demonstrate a history of successful employment.
