Qualifications:

·       Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve.

·       Ability to understand and follow directions

·       Excellent customer service skills

·       Hotel experience preferred, not required

·       Required to continuously stand or walk 95% of their scheduled shift

Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for maintaining property and adequate set-up of the bar

·       Ordering and stocking all the beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions

·       Ability to effectively receive cash from guests, make change as needed, verifies validity of charges, records charges, and ensure vouchers are property executed

·       Will promote drinks and document orders for drinks, mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes
